YOur guide
Shula Melamed, MA, MPH, NBCHWC
I'm a relationship and wellbeing coach who helps people navigate the places where identity, relationships, communication, sexuality, and life transitions intersect.
My approach is grounded in psychology and behavioral science, but it's also deeply human. I don't believe we need to optimize our way out of difficult experiences.
Sometimes the work is learning how to stay curious, connected, and present while figuring out what comes next.
